1. He went behind the wall ( I'm assuming to ask the night manager) came back and told me all the mattresses were new and all the rooms have the same mattress.

7. Before leaving the property I spoke to a manager who assured me that we would be sent a certificate for a future stay for them to try to make it up to me.
