1. Had lots of clean, fresh towels everyday :) Room was always spotless :).

2. Maids weren't happy when we asked them to clean our room a little earlier one day but they did do a great job and left the room spotless with loads of towels etc.Car parking was expensive, self parking was $17 plus tax per day and the car park was a 5 min walk away.

4. I had a regular room with two queen beds in the newest part of the hotel, and the towels were of very good quality, but nevertheless, the exfoliating kind.

10. We truly expected someone to approach us at the pool to see how many towels we were using so that they could charge the appropriate towel rent (the use of the towels were included)On a positive note, the common areas (lobby, pool, grounds, etc) were clean and well kept.
