1. The Concierge Cast Members were also very helpful, and made changes to our dining reservations for us and even arranged for a tshirt pickup at Downtown Disney when we ran out of time on our last day.

6. The concierge lounge offerings were tasty, and the food was replenished often, it was very convenient to get breakfast in the concierge lounge, and the atmosphere on the 5th floor in general was much more relaxed and serene than the hectic lobby below.
