1. we stayed at the other blurgreen time share place in orlando but there was only a small pool so they gave us free parking and day access to the grounds at the fountains .

3. My oldest son drove down and 'guest' parking was infront of the main building, which was a good 2-3 blocks away.

We didnt eat on site so i cant comment on this - there is a publix nearby and a walgreens and a few minutes drive is the premium outlets, there is a trolly stop outside it you dont feel like driving - we used this when going to seaworld (as the kids go free) only a few stops and saved on the parking.

7. It is very clean when you check in, the condos are spacious and efficient, there is plenty of good parking, the pool is outstanding, and it is close to everything.

8. Because the resort is quaint and not to massive, the amenties are enjoyable ie the pool, paddleboats, plenty of parking etc. Also this resort does not charge for gym access, does not require you to clean the room before checking out.

10. The location of the Fountains was excellent for all the locations, within 5 miles of Disney World and not too far from the Universal area and free car parking too with no problem getting spaces.
