1. The director of housekeeping, Thomas, was extremely helpful and understanding when I talked to him about what he referred to as 'challenges' that we experienced at the hotel.

3. The apartments are great, they are huge and are equipped with everything you need, my only gripe, I spent far too much on wireless internet, this really should be free, if they did this + complimentary housekeeping I would give it 5 stars.

4. This is a resort therefore you do not have everyday housekeeping (it's available but not for free), but that was not a problem because the rooms have a full kitchen, and washer and dryer.
