1. Resort fee includes internet, free coffe and newspaper, and discount at resturants.

2. After getting checked in we were directly to the ticket sales counter to pick up our Universal tickets (we booked at a discount with free attraction tickets if we took a tour of the property) at which time we were told that we would not be able to take the tour the following day as scheduled, we would have to wait another day.

3. Previous reviews have said that the resort is too far down International Drive, however this is not true, yes it is at the quieter end, but only 10 mins from all the theme parks (Universal, Disney) and literally two minutes from Vineland Avenue where there are the Premium Outlets (discount designer and sports labels, a bit like Bicester in England) and only 10 mins from Major Malls.

5. When we first checked in we were asked to attend a timeshare presentation and if you attend the timeshare you could receive discounted park tickets.

6. Before arrival we were contacted by their time share sales dept and were offer discounts for major attractions and restaurants if we sat thru their presentation and at that time I agreed to do it.

7. At check in they did ask if we wanted to go on a tour for discounted tickets however there was no pressure.

8. They ask you if you want to attend, tell you what discounts you can get for attending and you can simply say no.

9. The discount was worth it, although my ONLY complaint is that the lady at the service desk told us is was only 90 min and they serve you breakfast.
