1. Whilst I accept the complex managers are not responsible for a minority of noisy guests who had no thought for other guests, the layout of our apartment was such that the window for the master bedroom looked out onto the landing for one of the main staircases, which is simply poor design.

6. They run Happy Hour in the bar some nights with free beer for a couple of hours, and I`m impressed that the General Manager comes and introduces herself to the guests, and actually cares when she asks if there`s anything she can do.

9. To top it off the managers 'sundowners' is a generous gesture whereby you can enjoy a free drink and snacks on 3 evenings a week between 5.30 - 7.

10. The free breakfasts were great especially the waffles which set you up for the day and is worth remembering that included breakfasts do save alot of money over 2 weeks, also the managers `sundowner` free drinks and snacks for a couple of hours in the evenings tues-thurs were great.
