4. most mornings we were up early to go to the theme parks but on a few mornings we were so tired we just wanted to relax in bed, each time by 9.30am housekeeping would arrive to clean.

5. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are really pleasant and helpful, the front desk staff are mixed - Iris is really good and so are a couple of the other members of staff although some are quite unhelpful.

8. we never got a thorough cleaning!something they should also have is a do-not-disturb sign like hotels so that housekeeping will not walk in on you.
