1. However when we arrived in orlando the hotel staff contacted our airline for us & after 1 hour of tough fighting with the airline they got our flight home changed free of charge.

3. On some nights the staff orginise Poolside cookouts along with a happy hour where all drinks are free of charge just leave a tip :DThere is a free shuttle bus to parks like Disney and Universal Studios.

The hotel provides a shuttle to all the parks free of charge,it leaves the hotel at various times so if its not going to the particular park (eg: The Magic kingdom ) at the time you want you can get the shuttle to, lets say the Animal kingdom and then get a free disney bus to disneys transportation centre and there you will find disney have other free transportation to all there parks and water parks,leaving every 10 mins or so.
