Also, there were some little things that bothered me: no internet access in the rooms unless you paid an extra $10 and then you had to use an ethernet cable (no wireless), towels were just as thin as the sheets, one-ply toilet paper that felt like sandpaper, etc. Even after all of this, I was prepared to give this hotel 3 stars - it's a good alternative for families trying to save money who won't be spending much time in their rooms (there are several pools on the premises), and little kids don't usually really care what kind of hotel they stay at.
