1. As a side note, we would like to thank one of the duty managers at Pop Century, Chris Tom, for his professionalism and courtesy after an incident that happened outside of the resort.

6. My kids had a blast in the arcade and the manager gave them a 'magic moment' when he gave them at least 150 free tickets to redeem, so nice.

7. Also, due to the fact we were stuck in the hotel room with my son being so sick, I went to the gift shop to buy toys etc for my kids cuz they were bored with what they had, and the manager of the gift shop gave us free markers and color books.

10. We moved after only one night, and to sum it up the manager at the Pop pretended to help us with that move, but after arriving at the Contemporay they said we had no reservation (by LUCK they had a room for us and we had the greatest stay at that resort!).
