7. I will say that in both our All-Star Movie stay, and the Pop Century, that I found all the Disney workers (cast members) very pleasant, from the front desk personnel, to the house-keeping, to the lifeguards.

9. I would counsel travelers to avoid the corner rooms and be sure to complain if your room isn't up to par - the front desk will do their best to accomodate and make your stay a pleasant one.
