1. We like the location because you are within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios.

2. But those were small inconveniences -- the Boardwalk is a great location within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios (and also to Yacht Club and Beach Club hotels) and we loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer.

4. Hollywood Studios is also about 15-20 minutes' walk from the Villas along a lovely waterside path but it also has a water taxi that boards right outside the hotel itself.

8. you can walk to Hollywood studios, Walk to Epcot and with a park hopper pass, you can walk through Epcot and board the monorail to Magic Kingdom, its just wonderful.
