3. The concierge is always very nice and accomidating, the entrance to the hotel is beautiful and I love the main and quiet pool which always have plenty of towels and chairs.

6. Really not a big deal but at the Beach club we had housekeeping replenish towels, shampoo daily, take out trash and clean once a week.
