2. Our check-in was flawless--I did the Online Check-in before we arrived and we were greeted in the lobby with our keys and package information--we never even went to the front desk.

3. We used online check-in and arrived about 4 p.m. - we were given our room key and the location was magnificent with a boarwalk view and on the lobby floor just down from the elevators.
