5. We didnt use the shuttle buses this holiday so I cant comment on them only to say that when we stayed in 2009 we used them all the time and found the service excellent.

7. I would have likes more cleaning supplies as who wants to have to bring dish clothes and drying cloths on holiday with them - and the light touch cleaning service was sometimes not quite enough and i would have liked to clean a little more without having to go and purchse items for a few days.
