1. The room key was a coupon for Cici's pizza, $3 off each buffet, the expiration date was for 2008, however, Cici's honored the coupon but you needed to take it with you to get the discount.

3. For much less than this, in another hotel we were gifted with a basket of fruits in the room, a formal letter from the GM and a rate discount, as a kind way to say they were sorry.

7. The hotel is a 'WDW Good Neighbor Hotel', meaning you can buy Disney tickets here (though not necessarily at discounts).

Other than that the hotel is pretty nice, a little dated and the bathrooms are cramped and small but still decent and the pool was nice, I did not get the rate I was promised but it was just a little more and being on vacation I did not want to worry about money or extra charges, through I do think in spite of no internet they should of discounted the room, they did not offer, but I did not ask, I thought it would of been a classy thing to do since my kids were really unhappy without it.

10. The rooms are larger than we`d expect for the rates (check out the Florida resident discounts on the hotel website if you live in Florida), and we loved having a kitchen and separate TV`s for the kids and adults.
