Beyond this fact, there were 'minor' issues:-there were no pillow cases in any pillow (calling the housekeeping they apologized and brought it)-the carpet was not clean as acceptable-there was hair and hairpins on the bathtub and sink drain (my husband took it away)-the conforters had lots of fluffs-behind the beds there were balls of dustAs we checked-in one hour earlier and we thought it could have happened due to the lack of time to make a good and deep cleaning, but it was not the case, since things remained like this until the last day (even after the 'deep cleaning' in the middle of the week when they looked for my watch).
