3. it includes the shuttle to universal, and disney, but the premium service isn't great, rude personal, one time the driver didn't make the stop in our hotel and the manager gave us a free taxi ride from the premium service, and the driver was mad at us, rude, he was crossing the streets with red light and stuff like that.
