1. No parking or resort fee was WONDERFUL.

2. They were more than happy to make sure that we were put in a room that had never been charged for a cleaning fee for unlawful smoking since the hotel is all smoke free, and they put us as far from the elevator as possible.

I had read two of the (very few) bad reviews about this hotel on this site, one from a person complaining that they were wrongfully charged a cleaning fee for smoking in the room (if they truly didn't smoke in the room, I feel bad for them, but if they did they deserve the fee), and another from a person whose room was near the elevator.

8. I typically don't rate places as 5 when breakfast is not free, but since they don't charge parking or resort fees and the prices were great for the location, I thought it was fair.
