7. he said that there was a communication breakdown from front office to F&B and he was taking care off this FALSE PROMISE and a terrible food plus terriberly dishonest rest manager after three days we see a charge on our creditcard this is unacceptable people like him will destroy honest faith for Hyatt .

9. Our bellman assured us that the manager was on top of the situation and we did see security approaching as we were heading to our rooms, but once inside, with the door closed, we heard nothing.
