5. We were able to get a good nights sleep for the early flight because not only are the beds and pillows heavenly, it was nice and quiet as well(never knew we were right next to the runway)The concierge was really helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us.

6. We inquired with the concierge on transportation to Disney World and while there are shuttles available, she was able to book us a dirt cheap car rental for the day which made it cheaper than any shuttle available.

8. There was a line of about 5 people waiting to use it when we tried, and while the concierge (whose 'office' is the next table over from the makeshift business center) tried to print for us, her computer was too slow to even get to our airline's website.
