1. However, when we got to the room, one of them was a conference room with a meeting table in it and no bed and it took a bit of time and some help from housekeeping to get the bed revealed (it flipped down from a wooden panel in the wall.

This time, the only negative things I would mention is that the housekeeping seemed to have slipped a little - the room was quite dusty, particularly around the TV and bedside units also the glass panel in the bathroom door was covered in child size handprints of what looked like shower gel/suncream - really obvious so not just an easy oversight.

10. Didn't really interact with staff (used kiosk check-in and check-out; was only there for one night so did not have housekeeping) but I am sure those are up-to-standard services that one would expect from a Hyatt Regency Hotel.
