2. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and many attactions on International Drive but is on a quiet side street so it is convenient for those who do not have a car or just wish to take a walk at the end of a day at the parks.

4. It is located just off I drive and within walking distance of a couple of reasonably priced restaurants, Ponderosa being one of our favorites along with CiCi's pizza where you can get 3 take away pizzas for $10.

6. Being on Canada Drive is a plus as it's very quiet for sleeping and only a 5 min walk to International Drive over a grassed area along side the hotel.

8. It is a comfortable walk to the park (15 minutes) for those who do not drive and definitely much quieter compared to the theme hotels (which are more expensive and filled with the overflow of crowds after the parks close).
