1. There is an outdoor, not heated wading pool without places to sit, a hot tub which was closed for tile repairs- seemed odd since the place was only open for two months- and an exercise room/sauna which was nice and well equipped, but I never saw anyone using it.

2. The common areas were very nice, cute courtyard with small wadding pool, hot tub, full blown exercise room.
