3. One has to marvel at the construction of this complex, ( requiring the conversion of 5 separate 6-story buildings into one timeshare ) The staff were very pleasant, check in was fast, we had a one bedroom unit on the 9Th floor # 915.

4. Upon check in, they will try to guide you to an area for your 'welcome gift' but this is really their timeshare pitch.

5. After a long drive from Dallas at check in i was given a handicap room initially, Dont think it was done on purpose but i would imagine the staff would be aware of which room is a handicap.

7. I arrived about 1 PM and was told that my room was not ready yet (check in is at 4 PM), but they got me registered, checked my luggage for me, and took down my cell phone number so they could call me as soon as my room was ready.
