3. The Parc St Charles is located just about 4 blocks west of the French Quarter, so is great walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and shopping located there.

8. Hotel TOTALLY OUTDATED; needs TOTAL RENOVATION, no iron, broken safe, no restuarant (closed for renovation?), bar was closed, sheets, bedding and carpet were old (need replacing), limited linen (towels) no mini fridge nor microwave.

10. Acceptably clean (again not mentioning the candy bar wrappers under the bed, or the layer of filth on the windows, or the fact that the safe wouldn't lock because the batteries were too low), but the phone doesn't work, we tell the front desk and she says she will send someone up the next day.
