6. The guy at the desk was very sarcastic and condescending throughout our wait for our room and when I asked who his manager was he said he WAS the manager.

8. We changed rooms but I talked to the manager on duty the next morning and was told how sorry he was and the hotel was under construction and it was on the web site, etc. If I had seen on the web site that the hotel was under construction, I never would have made the reservation.
