1. The staff was pleasant, but not very helpful with any of our requests (early check-in, fix the phone, explain the bill, etc).

10. We were going to stay 3 nights, but we decided to check out Sunday morning after spending most all evening Sat at the front desk with complaints and finally talked to a manager and got our last night taken off the bill.
