1. From moment I arrive in lobby VIBE was of a Hawai'i hostel full of genuine ALOHA.

7. WIRELESS INTERNET: Only in the lobby -> building is made of brick so even though I have a top of the line wireless laptop, I don't get reception in my room.

8. EMPLOYEES: I have heard nothing but griping and groaning from the managers and staff about their work since I started writing this review in the lobby, albeit if you ask ANY questions they will answer them.
