1. It is tedious trying to clean up after 80 individuals at all hours of the day and book rezzies and work the front desk and refresh linens for 75 rooms and answer the phones and take care of breakfast and look after the vending machine and pool and mopping and vacuuming.

6. Just across the street there's a great little coffee shop, a block down (at Surrey's) you'll get the best breakfast in town and if you walk a couple of blocks uptown there's a lot of neat little restaurants and cafes.
