1. It was when we returned to the room the next day after a fabulous day touring NOLA to find a letter from housekeeping stating we were being charged $200.00 for blood on the sheets.

2. After not getting an answer 3x calling the front desk, I went down and talked to the Manager of the day, Barbara, who told me that housekeeping had reported blood on the sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover.

3. Bed sheets and duvet cover was dingy and the entire place,including our room and hallways smelled moldy.
