7. Whenever we went to the front desk they were immediatley helpful and attended to our need immediately, from getting our room cleaned to getting extra coffee or where things were.

The next morning the girl at the front desk was very helpful when I explained to her what happened and she proceeded to inform the hotel manager who went out of her way to help me call the airport to get information about my missing luggage further more she gave me some toiletries which came in very handy.
