3. I do not understand why every McDonald's and Holiday Inn, along with all the other similar businesses, can provide their customers with free wireless internet access, but upscale hotels still insist on raping their customers with such charges.

4. Wired internet would not have helped, as we only needed wireless for our iPhones, but I would have never considered paying the outrageous amounts for wired access even if it had been a possibility.
