2. It is probably not fair for me to downgrade my review based on the valet parkingt because most of the hotels in the downtown New Orleans area probably have this same fee BUT, I can't ignore an additional 60.00 being charged just to park.

I picked this hotel because I was taking a cruise from NO and this hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and the cruise package from Marriott includes parking and works out to about 10 dollars per night to park compared to 31 per night at the cruise terminal and about 20 at most other hotels.
