1. We tried on numerous occasions to try to engage the bar staff, our waiter and the front desk staff, but their response was one of a cold formality .

5. The best qualities about this hotel was the location which was directly across from the convention center, most of the restaurants are within walking distance, the beds were very comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly.
