1. Our rates were decent for that time frame and we had planned to stay for only 3 days, but we wanted to stay longer.

3. When we arrived the hotel seemed really nice, they had a room available and the rate was good, plus they advertised free parking with it, so we took it.

9. I have no idea what kind of room I'll get, or if the rate will change when I actually arrive, or if they'll even have my reservation, or if they'll let me cancel if I need to.

10. I'm not sure how other people made reservations at this hotel but I had to call, give them the dates, and they quoted me on a rate, asked for my credit card number, then gave me a confirmation number.
