3. Oliver House customer service was also poor, no apologies and when I asked for a discount due to the long wait to get into our room we were given a $12 discount.

4. Accordingly, not absolutely everything about the room may be perfect, but whenever there has been a problem I have been offered a discount or another room; although to be honest, I have never found anything to be complaint-worthy and consider such quirks part of the appeal.
