4. One hot shower or bath depletes the hot water supply very quickly and the electric heater unit takes quite a while to replenish hot water.

5. In the meantime, we needed showers, and they let us use a different room while our second room was being prepared (we could have stayed in the shower room, but it was much smaller).

8. Twice we asked for maintenance to take care of the drain in the tub as we did not like standing in ankle high+ water while taking a shower, but the drain was never taken care of.
