8. The kitchen is tiny but the fridge holds sodas, and the coffee pot makes coffee, so you`re in NEW ORLEANS and they have great food.

10. I also highly recommend a day trip to Oak Alley Plantation, and a quick trip to Algiers Point using the (free) ferry as well as the New Orleans School of Cooking where you can watch someone prepare typical NOLA dishes, learn the history of the foods, and then eat the lesson when it's done.
