When our junior suite did not have the sofa sleeper needed for our daughter, the
manager
on duty, Jared Hernandez, was most helpful and had our room changed and luggage moved without ruining the surprise for my husband.

Seems that back in 1987 a guest was talking to the

about how when he was at home he shared a glass of milk and peanut butter sandwich with his daughter every night before she went to bed and he missed that when he was traveling.
