An early check in was accommodated with no issues (arrived at 11:00 AM), we were given a very nice room, had a fruit basket delivered later due to the fact that we were repeat guests, enjoyed the PB&J at night, room service for coffee was very quick, location to the FQ/river/Canal/shopping was perfect, etc. All was great.

7. From the responsiveness of the reservations staff prior to check in, to the friendliness/helpfulness of the doormen and bellmen, to the front-desk staff who checked us in early and took care of us :), to the kindness and efficiency of the room service and turndown staff, we were impressed.
