3. The only negative, is its sort of out on a side street and not much for resturaunts within walking distance, but we don`t really spend a lot of time at the hotel while we are there so its not a big deal for us.

4. If you have luggage, you either need to lug it up the stairs or walk a long way to the elevator and then (in our case), backtrack to get to the room.
