1. The staff was very friendly; noce breakfast room, free wi-fi in rooms; however, upon entering our room there was a strong 'musty' smell that hit us every time we entered the room, even after it had been 'sprayed'.

3. We had previously booked our stay online, on checking in we were informed that that all the kingsize rooms had been filled so we had been upgraded to a suite, we were very happy with this, even more so when we seen the room, what a great start to our stay.
