1. They neglected to tell us this and as we were given our room keys and leaving the front desk we were told ' oh and you got a free upgrade to a suite'.

8. Great customer service too, front desk clerk shared that the Governor's Inaugruation was happening and many museums and attractions were FREE that day, a theme for the weekend.

9. If the lights in the bathroom happen to go out, just push the reset switch on the outlet by the sink :-)Also, front desk provided great advice on a good Italian restaurant right down the street.
