1. The cleaning staff were very good, polite and efficient and did a very good job - clean laundry and towels every day although perhaps they should use another laundry service as the linen did have a grey look about it.

2. Checking inn and out was easy with no hasssles staff very helpful and polite,rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels only snag was carpet could have been done with a shampoo but i never went to nashville to stay in a room.
