1. Booked this hotel primarily for price, much more reasonable than any other hotel in Downtown Nashville.

2. The clerk was eager to get us to stay and offered to show us us a 'suite' (very outdated - same decor style as the other room) which had 2 queens and a sofabed for a cheaper price than rack rate ($30 more than the other room) which we did go and see.
