1. As I made my reservation, their room rates seemed reasonable, but when I look closer at the quality of their services, I feel a bit cheated by a second-rate property not worthy to be called a franchise of Comfort Inn.

3. When I came back to reception and told him we would take the room for 1 night he then said to me that he gave me the cheaper rate based on 3 nights stay.
