It took over a week to receive a full response from the hotel

and all I was offered was another 'sorry' and 3,000 points (a free night at the hotel requires 10,000).

When the

s and the staff learned about a family made homeless by the Nashville flood who were staying at their accomodations, they bent over backwards to make them feel at home.

Ashley, told us that there was 'two ladies in the pool lifting the door between the outdoor and indoor sections, so they probably let the cold water from outside in'.
