4. Service at the front desk was good, I am a Marriott Rewards Silver Member and this was reconized upon check-in, which always creates a warm-fuzzy.

Later, when we were ready to go to the airport, they provided a shuttle just for us (as we had a lot of benevolent-filled luggage to carry across the border into Mexico) and the shuttle driver was excellent -- helping us not to just load and unload our luggage but also to get it to the Southwest Skycaps for nearly immediate check-in.
